This role will be responsible for leading Existing Cardmember Marketing (ECM) for the Disney Visa Credit Card portfolio as well as key strategic projects for the program. Strategic projects may include opportunity assessments, product strategy work, conceiving of and implementing digital engagement strategies, etc. Across all responsibilities, this individual will work closely with our partner as well as internal Chase teams to achieve key business objectives. The optimal candidate must be a thought and relationship leader, a team player, have an outstanding work ethic, be a passionate and effective marketer with a desire to learn and grow professionally.

Through shared ownership with Disney, oversee, evolve and implement engagement strategy for the program, including:
Daily management and supervision of key initiatives for the Portfolio, including Partner driven projects.
Lead and implement /oversee Annual Refresh of marketing materials, including ongoing claims validation and ensure campaign management library remains current.
Advance the business through ongoing, proactive exploration of alternate solutions and recommended courses of action to achieve objectives.
Play a primary leadership role in special projects such as evolving our product and digital strategies to drive differentiation in the marketplace, profitable share growth and outstanding value to customers.
Extensive interaction with internal peers and the Partner to consistently deliver quality results grounded in the best interest of the business, cardmembers and Partner.
Outstanding communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to present information clearly and professionally to a range of audiences – from senior management to operations groups.
Proven acumen with business and / or product strategy.
High concern for accuracy and effectiveness.
Proven ability to build consensus in team settings, bringing diverse stakeholders together towards a common goal.
Strong interpersonal skills and self-awareness.
Passion for problem solving, persistence and patience, strong desire to learn and grow professionally.
Demonstrated ability to deploy successful marketing strategies.
Bachelors degree required. MBA preferred.
