Role description:

We’re looking for smart, hard-working, humble ‘doers’ to work as Sales Associates. Your job will be to bring Aevy to the hands of growing teams. This can occasionally mean working during late evenings/nights or abroad.

DESCRIPTION OF POSITION Aevy serves some of the fastest growing tech companies in the world with a product that is essential for their future growth. The customers rely on Aevy to consistently and with high quality deliver accurate and meaningful candidates for their open job positions.
It’s a key factor for Aevy that we continue to grow in to new organizations and onboard more customers.

Key responsibilities:

- Help our customers achieve their recruiting targets
- Research companies to approach as potential customers
- Identify the appropriate contacts at those companies based on their title and department
- Contact those contacts and let them know about the value of using Aevy.
- Schedule introductory meetings with potential customers
- Make cold and warm phone calls to those contacts
- Experiment with different outreach strategies and email campaigns
- Log all sales activities in Salesforce, our CRM.
- Be an expert on the recruitment industry and the latest state of the market and technologies
- Work closely with Aevy's executive team and the product and engineering department to deliver valuable feedback and feature requests

Desired Qualifications:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English!
- Be a doer!
- Comfortable and confident speaking to mid-level and senior executives
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Analytical, detail-oriented and results focused
- Scrappy and competitive!
- Desire to drive results and improve every single day
Prior experience selling or marketing is a plus but is not required.

Personal traits:

- Adaptable to a startup environment, able to thrive in a dynamic environment with few written rules
- Self going and strong in initiatives
