The Sr. Marketing Data Specialist will be a key part of the Regional Marketing team with primary responsibilities of monitoring, analyzing and reporting on the marketing database. In this role, the Sr. Marketing Data Specialist will be responsible for maintaining and updating dashboards, participate in a large data enrichment project, and ensure routing and flow of leads are in compliance with service level agreements. This candidate will lead efforts and maintain metrics around database clean-up and database health. Assist in driving Regional Marketing to define and report on Program ROI, and work with Programs team to provide closed-loop feedback around campaign performance. The ideal candidate would have a deep understanding of Marketing and Sales process and would have experience in either a sales or marketing operations role.
? Review the volume and data accuracy/integrity of leads in the funnel; report results to sales and marketing management / update weekly dashboards reviewed by leadership
? Assist to create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures around Lead-to-Order (LTO)
? Ability to create work instructions and assist to onboard new internal sales reps around Lead-to-Order process
? Track and communicate results, success metrics and improvements – know your impact on sales results
? Work to assist Market Development team in Market Sizing and Account assignment activities
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, business, life science or other related field.
