Position: Salesforce.com Support Analyst
Experience: 3-7 years
Job Mode: Fulltime/Permanent
Location: Magarpatta, Pune
Job Description:
Summary of Responsibilities:
The Support Analyst is a member of the IT Sales organization. This individual will work with users supporting indirect and direct sales to triage and resolve issues involving Salesforce.com, quoting, and other sales related applications. This individual will have primary responsibility for front-line troubleshooting, feature explanation, and best practice guidance for clients users worldwide. A successful Support Analyst maintains composure, exhibits professionalism, and delivers the highest levels of client satisfaction at all times.
Duties:
Provide support via phone, chat and email to regional support teams and end users
Effectively prioritize and escalate issues as required
Implement approved changes/solutions that do not require additional IT development
Implement approved configuration changes based on stated business requirements
Follow established support processes and procedures
Client focused: provide high quality experience utilizing problem-solving and communication skills
Properly track all communication and process through Salesforce.com
Capture best practices, maintain knowledge base of solutions that can be leveraged by support and users
Required Skills:
3+ years configuring and administering Salesforce.com
Dependable, motivated, self-starter, with the ability to work independently
Technical aptitude in support of Salesforce Sales and Service Clouds
Demonstrated focus on providing exceptional customer service
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Strong time management skills
Strong organization skills with ability to multi-task and juggle many tasks at one time
Experience with Salesforce.com Cases, experience with PRM a plus
Education:
BA degree or equivalent work experience
Salesforce.com Administrator certification preferred
Desirable
Other Sales applications experience (Sumtotal)
